Item lost on train: No operator found

When typing in two stations, you may in rare cases encounter a message saying that no operator was found.

This happens when our system cannot find a matching train line for the two stations you entered. The train line could be missing our out-dated, or the train operator you travelled with doesn't use MissingX yet.

Solutions

A: Try to select a train operator first, before typing in the stations.

B: Check the website of the train operator you travelled with, and check if they are using MissingX for lost property.
